Dr. Christian de Wyl is lead advisor in projects regarding the implementation of unbundling requirements as well as company transactions in the context of M&A (privatisation and restructuring projects). He also specialises in the drafting of contracts regarding supply and grid access in the power and gas sector. He currently also focuses on legal issues regarding regulatory matters and provides legal support during privatisation and power plant projects.
