BBH‑ZutrittDigital, the BBH group’s digital support service for metering point operators, will be integrated into co.mobile, the workflow management system of co.met GmbH. The established workforce management system co.mobile enables municipal utility companies and energy suppliers to streamline the deployment of their staff, manage orders and comply with documentation requirements, covering, for example, access to multi-family dwellings, commercial premises, industrial sites, public buildings, community facilities and outdoor meter installation locations.
If access is denied in the context of the smart meter roll-out, scheduled meter changes and meter readings, considerable resources are tied up in enforcing access rights. The integration of both systems provides metering point operators with an end-to-end process that is legally compliant and avoids media disruptions: critical cases can be transferred directly from co.mobile to BBH-ZutrittDigital. The portal enables the legally binding coordination of appointments as well as the preparatory steps for any enforcement of access in court.
The digital platform ZutrittDigital is provided by BBH Solutions AG, BBH group’s subsidiary that specialises in legal tech solutions.
