Stilianos Koulaxidis is a public auditor, tax advisor and partner at our Stuttgart office. As a member of the Corporate Finance Team, he focuses on the valuation of companies, grids and generation installations, in particular in the context of transactions, procedures and with regard to strategic decisions. He supports clients in the context of restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions and succession planning from an economic, tax and regulatory perspective. Stilianos Koulaxidis also specialises in the audit of annual financial statements and special audits and advises municipal utility companies on regulatory issues.

• 2021-2025 senior manager/director with a focus on M&A in a consulting firm specialising in transactions and in the corporate environment of a leading automotive supplier
