Robert Grützner specialises in advising and assisting clients in implementing infrastructure projects, in particular relating to the expansion of fibre optics and modern radio networks. He also covers any issues resulting from the economic utilisation of telecommunications networks, particularly by providing telecommunications services or operating telecommunications networks and/or as part of cooperations with competitors (e.g. open access, bitstream products, dark fibre leasing).
