Nikolas Barfknecht specialises in public procurement and contract law. He advises companies and public contracting authorities on the implementation of complex infrastructure projects in the building, plant construction and energy sectors. In his practice, he focuses on the design and negotiation of contracts, particularly for large-scale projects such as waste treatment facilities, sewage sludge incineration plants and energy generation installations. He also develops and structures tender procedures for the procurement of planning, construction and supply services and provides comprehensive support to clients throughout the procedure.
