Nikolas Barfknecht specialises in matters of contract law relating, in particular, to private building law as well as architectural and engineering law. In this context, he focuses on the drafting of contacts, the enforcement of and defence against claims – both in and out of court – and on providing ongoing advice and assistance to clients in construction projects. He also advises clients on legal matters relating to procurement law in the context of public tenders.
