Marcel Dalibor focuses on all aspects of renewable energy. In this context, he acts as legal counsel in numerous court proceedings across Germany. He also advises on regulatory matters (information requests from regulatory authorities), public business and environmental law, constitutional law as well as on questions in regard to the law governing access to information.

  • 1997-2004 studies of law at the University of Potsdam, legal traineeship in the federal state of Brandenburg
  • 2004-2009 research associate at the chair of public, financial and tax law of Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-University of Greifswald
  • 2010 assistant to the managing director of the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility (IKEM) in Berlin
  • 2011 worked with the legal representative of the federal government in the framework of three proceedings on appeals on points of law
  • Since 2012 lawyer at BBH Berlin
  • Since 2017 counsel at BBH
  • Member of the Society for Environmental Law (Gesellschaft für Umweltrecht e.V.), Greifswalder Halbjahresschrift für Rechtswissenschaft e. V. (association publishing the journal GreifRecht)
