Lars Krüger provides advice to companies of the energy industry on technological, process-related and organisational matters. He currently focuses on the development and implementation of market communication processes and smart metering processes in (cloud) solutions for the energy industry. In addition, he is the point of contact for municipal utility companies when it comes to analysing their operational IT costs.
