Katrin Hartmann advises clients on the drafting, review and adjustment of agreements under civil law between energy producers, grid operators and final consumers. She primarily advises grid and installation operators on issues relating to redispatch and the integration of controllable consumption units and grid connections in accordance with sec. 14a EnWG. Katrin Hartmann also assists municipalities in setting up and participating in companies, e.g. in the area of renewable energy sources, taking into account the relevant state laws. Furthermore, she specialises in legal support to wind farm operators in the implementation of their projects.
