Julia Lipinsky provides comprehensive advice on matters of European State aid law, including legal remedies before national and European courts as well as notification procedures and complaints submitted to the European Commission. She also counsels public bodies and companies on matters of German and European funding law as well as European law (e.g. at the interfaces with procurement law, financing local public transport, State liability claims under European Union law etc.).

• 2008-2024 lawyer, most recently salary partner at the law firm Müller-Wrede Rechtsanwälte, Berlin
