Joshua Hansen advises clients on renewable energy law and battery storage systems. In this context, he focuses on administrative law and, in particular, installation licensing under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and building law as well as sectoral planning law, the Environmental Impact Assessment Act (UVPG) and the Federal Mining Act (BBergG). He also specialises in metrology and metering systems.
