Florian Brunner-Schwer advises energy suppliers on aspects of energy sales. In addition to contract law and regulatory aspects, he specialises in consulting energy suppliers on the transformation towards climate neutrality. Furthermore, he is a point of contact for the legal tech products of the BBH group.

  • 2013-2019 studies of law at Leipzig University and the Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal
  • 2019-2020 LL.M. programme in European Private Law at the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • 2021-2023 legal traineeship at the Court of Appeal in Berlin with placements at, among others, the Federal Foreign Office
  • Since 2023 lawyer at BBH Berlin
