Prof. Dr. Christian Theobald currently focuses on matters concerning the access to grid infrastructures, particularly in the energy and transport markets, as well as the drafting of contracts associated therewith. He also deals with business and grid transactions in these areas. Furthermore, his practice includes advice on merger control cases.
