Frank Licht provides comprehensive advice to water supply and wastewater disposal companies. He specialises in  advice on technical, business and organisational issues, e.g. in regard to concession procedures, takeovers of supply systems and matters such as fire-extinguishing water, water supply, the water supply obligation, industrial and special customers, the Drinking Water Ordinance (TrinkwV), operational management and services. Based on his many years of experience in leading positions in the municipal infrastructure sector, he supports municipalities and companies also in their strategic and organisational orientation and realignment.
