For more than ten years, Dr. Christian Jung has been advising predominantly municipal transport companies and public service providers on how to organise their public passenger transport services as well as their corporate structure in line with the requirements of European State aid and public procurement law with the aim of maintaining existing advantages under concession and tax law. His practice also covers all aspects under municipal and administrative law to ensure that service providers are entrusted with the operation of transport services in a legally sound manner.

Dr. Jung also specialises in advising clients on the financing of public passenger transport infrastructure facilities and energy generation installations.
